About us

Taking a sauna can mean a lot of things for many different people. We all have our own reasons for enjoying this activity. That’s the beauty of it! Some people are motivated by the health benefits, while others purely enjoy the time to relax and unwind. Some are eager for the camaraderie of bringing people together, while others long for a moment of stillness in solitude and peace.

The Nordic Haus (TNH) is a concept that our team had been dreaming of for a while. We came together with a vision and shortly thereafter kicked off construction in 2023. We are a small, family/friend owned business based out of Minnetonka, MN, and we are thrilled to share this new venture with our community because it’s something that we are so passionate about ourselves. Here at TNH, we agree that the sauna & cold plunge cycle experience offers amazing benefits, physically and mentally. It’s our mission to provide more opportunities for people to elevate their lives through the Nordic cycle.
