We bring the Scandinavian sauna experience and it’s many health benefits to Minnesota with our mobile sauna + cold tub trailer. With this intimate experience, we aim to garner friendship, deepen connection and help find balance in our hectic lives.
Background + Inspiration
Sam and Lauren have lived in Norway, Sweden, Hungary and Switzerland over the past 6 years and enjoyed the unique European sauna experience that you don’t often get back in the US.
The idea of this business came from wanting to bring this authentic experience back for others in the US to enjoy, but also could not ignore the white space and current lack of availability for this.
We’re all in tune with our health and have noticed how much hot/cold therapy can help our mental and physical well-being. With some of us being athletes, we have put our bodies to the test and are always looking for wellness practices to recover faster and perform better.
Our builder, Jay Prueter, loves custom builds and was really in his element with this one. We gave him plenty of ideas throughout the process, but in the end he created this masterpiece. If you look closely, you’ll see the intricate details and the true craftsmanship in this big beast.
